Pay for portraits, not for a trial
Buy credits when you need them. There is no free trial, no weekly subscription and nothing that renews without you choosing it.

What a credit is
One credit makes one portrait: your photo with your loved one added, in the look you choose. It comes back as two versions, so you can pick the one that feels most like them. A 5-credit pack gives you 5 portraits, 10 versions.
If something goes wrong on our side, like a failed generation or a timeout, the credit goes straight back to your balance. You can see every purchase, every credit used and every refund in Settings › Credit History. If a finished portrait doesn’t look like them or the placement is off, tap Something off? for one free retry.
About the monthly plan
The monthly plan gives you 20 credits each month for $9.99 a month.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The plan renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- 20 new credits are added at each renewal. Credits you don’t use carry over to the next month and, like pack credits, never expire.
- You can manage or cancel the plan at any time in the iPhone Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Reunily. After you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Why there’s no free trial
Every portrait costs us real money to make, because it runs on large image models. Rather than offering a “free” trial that turns into a subscription, we keep the first step small: $4.99 for 5 credits, or $1.00 per credit. Failed portraits are refunded, and you get a free retry if a result is off.
Pricing questions
Which option is right for me?
Most people make a handful of portraits for one occasion, so a pack is the natural choice. The 15-credit pack gives you room to try a few photos and looks. The monthly plan is for people who make portraits often, for example for a large family or a memorial project.
Does a painted look or Heavenly Light cost more?
No. Every look uses one credit, and every portrait comes with two versions.
What if I get a new iPhone?
Sign in with Apple in Reunily’s settings, and your unused credits follow you to your new iPhone. Restore Purchases brings back an active monthly plan. If you didn’t sign in, contact support and we will move your balance for you.
Are prices the same in every country?
Prices on this page are in US dollars. The App Store shows the price in your local currency, including any taxes, before you confirm.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Here is how to ask. If a portrait fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically, and you never need to ask for that.
